I guess it has some distortion? I dunno, I don't really shoot brick walls so I don't notice, it's a lot of fun in low light. I was gonna get the 35/2.5, but figured hey you only live once!I shoot in low light a lot and the 35/2.5 would have been a bit too slow. I'm kinda glad I couldn't physically afford a 35 summicron though. It's nice to shoot a cheap leica m as a college student and still buy food.
We're on the same boat mate! College life is hard!
Now I am contemplating the 35/1.4 too.. damn forum!
I used the 35mm f/2.5, then went to the 35mm f/1.4, then went back to the f/2.5... the Nokton had focus shift issues that I couldn't get past.

Just looking at some of these pictures:
Is long hair for Men back in style? Does this mean I can skip the Semi-anual Hair-Cut and claim "Stylish"? I noticed my Teen-Age nephew has a Hair Style that I had in the 70s. His Grandpa was giving him a hard time, and I peered out from under my Hair and asked "What's wrong with his hair?"... Of course, mine is much more gray these days.
Remember: Long Hair Prevents Viewfinder Flare.

A recent one from the other night.....I was working/playing around in the studio with some friends and some models and my gf picked up the digital and started shooting.
Both of the guys in this photo are members here on rff...the guy on the left has been my friend for over 18 years and he is a Leica user too...the guy on the right is a new member here who I have been teaching how to develop and print black and white in our darkroom.....
my m2/35mm 1.2.....holding a 50mm rigid...my 90mm summicron is there as well....a big thanks to rff member "rlouzan" for sending me the flash adapters for my m2/m3 so I can use my studio lights...very cool.....
cheers, michael

I think this picture is a visual quote, but I don't remember who first published this kind of picture (I believe it was with a Leica III and a similar external VF):
... anyway, this camera is an M leica, sort of.
