my wife and my M4 in 1984. I still have the wife, but not camera. happy one's still here, but I do miss the other.
I have no clue where this was shot. it's on roll that has images from Maine, NY & NJ. Can't think of anything that looks like this in any of those places. Just scanned this today 26 years after shooting it. anyone recognize that castle-like building?

okay, she'll kill me for posting this, but she's showing that she was preggers and only just starting to show. said bun-in-the-oven turned 25 two weeks ago. not only do I miss the M4, but I doubly miss the nice 35 cron. Anyone know what version this was (I don't)?
I know we went to the UK (London and nearby mostly) that year. Is it possible that I mixed up negatives? Or was this roll in the camera that long between shots that in one frame she's not pregnant and the next she's three or four months? no clue.
edit: more clues (sorry to be off-topic). Are these ruins possibly in Wales?

very next frame. this time the chubby hubby holding the M4. this can only mean that shots were made Mrs.'s Nikkormat and probably the roll was in the camera for some months. shot from the grounds of the Colgate-Palmolive plant in Jersey City in 1985 probably. They were hosting a neighbor celebration for the 100th anniversary of the Statue of Liberty which was being unveiled after a long, scaffold-covered restoration project. Colgate put on an enormous party with fireworks and all kinds of fun stuff. That plant is gone. The WTC is gone, my M4 and 35 cron are gone and an awful lot of my hair is now gone. Since then, the only thing that didn't disappear was my waist, which got larger.

isn't that newcastle? I've only been there once, so I'm probably wrong...

As a boy of Geordie roots I'd have to say no, it's not Newcastle...at least nowhere I recognise but then it's not a photo of a pub or bar so I can't be expected to be spot on😉
