Me thinks it's Time ro show your Love for Miss Q...any Model will do

Just wonderful, Helen! (y)

Aside from the great atmosphere of the photo, the shutter-button finger caught my attention, since it appears not to be pressing the shutter button..... at the very moment of exposure! (Self-timer?) Also, there seems to be a faint image of a second exposure of the finger on the shutter button. (Double-exposure shot?)

My apologies for reducing such a gloriously atmospheric shot to an analysis of mundane technicalities, but I'm intrigued. 😊

@Down Under

CL's are lovely too
more compact
use lenses
lightening fast too
can't go wrong if Q2 is no longer therr

I'm going to sell some gear too
though keeping Q2
Glad to see Tuna posting some of his excellent pics w/ the Q. I have the "poor man's Q," i.e. the Leica CL w/ the Elmarit 18mm f2.8 lens. I went this route bc the CL is an interchangeable lens camera, and it's fun to shoot vintage lenses in addition to the native Elmarit. There is nothing quite like the Q, owing to the spectacular Summilux lens. But you can get close for much less $$$. Hence the CL... Hence also the Panasonic Lumix GX9 with the DG Summilux 15mm f1.7 lens in MFT format.

Nice work, Helen!! Glad you're enjoying Miss Q... Do you know the work of Anna Smirnova over on Instagram? She regularly uses a Q and does some interesting work w/ it.

My first photos from Q3 28 (not the new Q3 43, that I thought I would prefer!). Really enjoying this camera and the crop options which keep the wider FLs plus good resolution at 35 and 50mm.

Taken along the edge of Lake Galena in Peace Valley Park, in Bristol, PA.
