The dealer may be thinking of the Bronica ETRS series of SLR cameras, which are 6x4.5 format and thus he may think that's what you mean by "Bronica 645."
Just to be clear, there's no sensor in the Bronica RF645 to do TTL flash metering. It's not just that the module doesn't exist, it's that the camera does not have a TTL sensor with which to measure the light reflecting off the film plane. Therefore, one simply cannot do TTL-OTF flash metering with a Bronica RF. The camera simply can't support it.
However, as others have rightly said, there's no reason not to use autoflash sensing from any modern flash. It's not TTL, but that's only a minor handicap if you understand how autoflash works. I use a Metz CT-60 with my Bronica RF when I need more flash power than the RF20, or when I want to bounce the flash.
(and yes, the RF645 camera does have a PC socket for use with any PC cable. The hot shoe should work with a standard shoe-mount flash also. When using an external flash, make sure that the triggering voltage is suitable, or you can damage the camera. I checked this long ago, and the Metz 60-series flashes are safe to use with the Bronica RF)
