... but I think it makes me look old now.
Not sure I love this BW400 though. May have to find some Tri-X and see if I remember how to develop film.

Not so much.
That Rolex Air King was stolen in '86. The Datejust I'm wearing in the current picture was a 10th anniversary present from my wife in '97 to make up for my GMT she somehow commandeered.
This is the first roll of film I've shot in 5 years. Using my Leica lenses with my Panasonic G1 made me miss my Leicas. In addition, I have started scanning 30 years of B&W negatives and, as you all know, there's just something special about Leica photographs.

I like the old watch
Both nice photos and great to show the longjectivity of the great M6
Can't imagine anyone able to do the same on digital!

Lately I've been digging through my files and posting old pictures on my blog. Some are cute girls I photographed over forty years ago. A few are of me taken by my then wife. Everything changes, except that I'm still shooting with some of the same Leicas and lenses I used back then. http://thepriceofsilver.blogspot.com

Isn't it disturbing how most of your objects will long outlive you? How fast did the 24 years take to go by? The snap of a finger? Less?

One scary thought.

You're 20 years old. A year is a 20th of your life and will seem to be a certain amount of time right now.
When you're 60 years old a year will only be a 60th of your life and will go by MUCH faster. And faster. And faster as you go.

I wish I knew your secret to have so much hair after 25 years. That would be worth more than any Rolex to me.

I'm wondering why the part in the hair moved from the center to the side. Guess with age, everything falls or moves. <g>

I got the graying genes instead of the balding genes.

interesting. Reminds me of the tv show Cold Case where they show scenes of the characters decades back.

... likes film again.
I was wondering what was the real difference between photo #1 and #2 ... the neck-strap is gone !
Oskar is right, it is disturbing that things easily can outlive somebody... but good to see that you still enjoy photography with your Leica !
