Myanmar

Thanks everybody for nice comments........I enjoy traveling around and taking photos in Myanmar a lot, that said, it is not for everyone......I have met people who leave early because they can't "deal with it".....everybody is different.......if you want more info, you can PM me....

great snaps, I'm jealous how organized you are. I went to Myanmar 6 years ago, and still haven't organized or edited any of those shots.
Yangoon can be so photogenic, as you have captured. Looks like you to made it to Bagan (and Lake Inle?) as well.
inspiring .........

Thanks PKR and Harry........
Every time I go to Yangon I notice subtle changes....more people are wearing jeans, more people have cell phones, more professional marketing of products and of course, the "new generation".......I saw this couple walking down the street, holding hands, wearing western clothes and they looked like they were really happy (in love)......I started up a conversation with them and had a really nice chat with them.........

very beautiful pictures, I am so inspired by them.

I saw a lot of your shots of people with painted face...
is it really common in the whole of myanmar? or is it only common in some parts of the country?

Wow. I missed this thread and what a gorgeus set of images!!.

It can very well be one of the best trip photography I've seen. Impressive number of keepers. Fantastic film look... You're pictures have it all.

I haven't read all 7 pages of comments, and it could have been already asked, but which camera and lenses did you use?. EDITED: I read in the first page that you used a M6 and M2, and CV 15, 35 and leica 28, 50, 90.

Thanks and congratulations.
