Need help;-)

Hi! I have a Color-Skopar 35mm f2.5 M-mount. The problem is that the "front" of the lens is loose and "wiggely" (is that a word?). With the "front" I mean the aperture-ring and where I put the hood (gee, I haven't been writing in English for 7 years, so I am in lack of a few words here;-)). The glass itself is not loose, but I can easily wiggle the barrel 1-2mm each direction. Does anybody know where I might find a 'how-to-fix' - instructions somewhere on the web?
