I browsed eBay and found this LTM lens. At the first glance I thought it's a summitar or summicron.

Any idea if it's overpriced or it's a bargain?

Well, the Russians are famous (or infamous) for taking lenses and cameras and putting different names on them. Note the $50 for economy shipping! I would steer clear of this one. It's probably a rebadged Jupiter 8, which is a perfectly good $50 lens. That's $50 for the lens, not for the shipping.

Well-known
It's a lens that is produced and marketed by lomography.
You can buy it new here:
https://shop.lomography.com/en/jupiter-3-plus
It is closely related to the old jupiter-3 lenses, but uses modern coatings. I do not know whether the build quality is better than with the old lenses. But it could be a fun lens. Expensive though, for that money you can get a used ZM Sonnar with better quality I suppose.

It's just a reproduced Jupiter-8. You can pick up a nice Jupiter-8 lens second hand for less than $150

The lens you linked is a Jupiter-3 but the lens in the original post is a Jupiter-8. Different apertures. F/2 vs. F/1.5

Interesting, it seems like another evolution of the Sonnar, via Jupiter-8 and so on. So an interesting lens.
