Well, the Russians are famous (or infamous) for taking lenses and cameras and putting different names on them. Note the $50 for economy shipping! I would steer clear of this one. It's probably a rebadged Jupiter 8, which is a perfectly good $50 lens. That's $50 for the lens, not for the shipping.
 
It's a lens that is produced and marketed by lomography.

It is closely related to the old jupiter-3 lenses, but uses modern coatings. I do not know whether the build quality is better than with the old lenses. But it could be a fun lens. Expensive though, for that money you can get a used ZM Sonnar with better quality I suppose.

The lens you linked is a Jupiter-3 but the lens in the original post is a Jupiter-8. Different apertures. F/2 vs. F/1.5
 
Interesting, it seems like another evolution of the Sonnar, via Jupiter-8 and so on. So an interesting lens.
