New York NYC September Meet-Up

Yes, Id rather spend 1400 on hookers and boos, but,,,,,, Im married, so I guess I need to find another way to spend... :D
(Not that Im buying the M3, just saying)

Looks like a few hundred (maybe thousand?) people are planning their own little Arab Spring protests for this Saturday!

September 17th, occupy Wall Street, bring tent. Sounds like fun! :D

I've already got the H&B money allocated and I'm not married... :eek: Maybe I should buy the M3 from Adorama. ;)
 
You guys need to hang out with me. First off go to the Mermaid Parade; the boobs are free and also there generally is pole dancing. This year the pole dancer was topless.

Also there was a really great-great pole dancer two years ago at the Mermaid parade who was especially flexable and her name is Brooklyn. I know this be cause I met her again at a "Dance Parade" earlier this summer where there was a pole dancing float that had a herd of pole dancers to promote some pole dancing school on Fifth Avenue. Two years ago Brooklyn held her poses for me while I shot my Rolleiflex eventually going spread eagle full frame. Brooklyn formed a cruxifix with her body upside down with the pole.

Had one pole dancer almost kick my Mamiya 6 out of my hand when she gave me a "Box Shot." No lie. Ask Andre because he scanned the negatives.

Why pay when you can get it for free, just don't be dumb and show your wife the negatives. LOL. I have to get a dvd burned of the scans. Perhaps I'll bring an IPAD with the images to the SEptember meet-up. You guys need to get out more.

Andre knows this resturant in Jackson Heights that he says is like a Columbian version of Hooters where every customer as well as all the waitresses are all hot and exposing cleavage.

Perhaps we need to have a meet-up there for you married guys.

LOL. I meant full frame 6x6 negative, infering that I was shooting close with a Rolleiflex.

Also now all you guys know that I'm an artist who can't spell or type and easily can be confused. Yes I meant Colombians, but somehow the spelling doesn't look right. LOL.

Anyways that Colombian Hooters in Jackson Heights sounds interesting. Is the food any good? LOL.

HA!! I just realized I made the same Columbian/Colombian mistake... I meant Colombians obviously.. So much for my 10 year spanish education... LOL
 
Cal: I knew what you meant about "full frame", I was just joking.

And since my wife is Colombian and gets annoyed when it's spelled with a "U", I figured me correcting the error will earn me needed brownie points if she ever comes across the stripper/hooters comments :)

And yes, the restaurant serves very good food :). AND, it's super cheap.

My brothers wife is from Manizales, if it helps to ease all the Colombian comments... lol
