Come one day anyway... not much new stuff these days is showing up and a lot of low price items show up. It's seemed to have calmed down since the days of having 9 M9s on the table... now it's rare to see two.
People have been brining in more and more photography to look at too these days... which is a nice change.

BTW the recreated/updated Rollie-Wide blew my mind. What a camera. We made friends with some Rollie Executives from Germany. Looks like we will see them again at the next October NYC Meet-Up.
The Rollie-Wide had this eye-poping VF'er that would be perfect for me. Hmmmm...

I have discovered that I am a greedy American and that no one camera does it all. Life would be easier if I could bypass buying great/remarkable cameras that sell for no money. That's how I ended up with 5 Leicas. LOL.
Earlier this year I only had the Wetzlar M6, then came the Monochrom; and then there was a rampage that only a true artist can invent more reasons why to buy yet another camera.
At least I'm able to control myself a little. I returned a M4 that was redundant since I already own one, and it was nice to meet at the Expo Spencer from New Jersey who bought the black M4 that I almost bought at B&H.
I know that I'm diseased. LOL.
BTW "Maggie" said that I should go to New Orleans with Luis Mendez for the New Year to go shoot for a week. How cool is that. That's what I call a project.

I only paid $150.00 for the body. If I need a weapon I could use my F3P with MD-4. The F3P was a real "Press" camera during Operation Desert Storm.

That would be great. Yesterday I was "Thrifting" with "Maggy." Basically we hit the consignment shops looking for good deals on high fashion.
Found two leather bags that would of made great camera bags. One was a Marc Jacobs messenger bag, but the strap needed to be replaced. due to wear/damage. The strap could of been replaced/fabricated at "Art-Bag" on Madison for perhaps $100.00 and the price of the Marc Jacobs was $225.00.
The second bad was a John Varvaros that was perhaps not as high a luxury brand as the Marc Jacobs, but it had an eligant design. Again this was a leather messanger bag that was two-tone, but for $275.00.
My Louie Vuitton is black/dark grey, and "Maggie" my stylist says I need a brown bag for my Leicas when I wear some of my new brown boots. LOL.
Like you, I'm diseased. LOL.

Damn, Sorry I missed it, I caught the early train on Saturday, then realized
I left my Photoplus pass home, I had to jump off the next stop go back home to get my pass, so the whole day was like a rush. I'll see you guy's on the 3rd, I'll bring the F3 then, I used it yesterday and it's working great
but there's extra dash on the LCD screen once in awhile (maybe dirt) or something and I think I finally
decided to sell the Pentax K20D and Lenses, Since I got the Olympus EP-3 that's all the digital I'm been
using plus all the film cameras I got now there always something else in digital there no love.

Next time you are in town we men need to go bag hunting. LOL. These consignment shops downtown is the place to buy luxury high end designer for no money, but "Maggie" my stylist is training me to be picky. Perhaps this is why I returned the M4 even though it was a good deal. ($470.00 $511.00 with tax) it wasn't as nice a condition as my $599.00 M4. BTW "Maggie" likes my Leicas.
Also I just bought our Lotto ticket: quick pick-cash. Our lucky numbers are: 03,04,06,21,25, 29 and 19,31,35,37,48,53, Hope we win. I found the lucky "Funny Dollar" inside the Marc Jacobs bag when I checked it out yesterday. If we win I'll have to go back and buy my lucky bag.
I want a Louie Vuitton brown leather camera bag from their Utah collection. About $2.5K. This bag is big enough where I can fit two medium format cameras and have room for an appropriate amount of film. Positive/delusioal thinking: we'll have to visit the flagship Louis Vuitton boutique of 5th Avenue and load up. The messenger style bags are a tight squeeze with two Leicas. Now I own too many cameras and I need a camera trunk.
