Olympus Mju II eBay bargain still going strong

Yes, prices are crazy but, every now and then, a camera suddenly becomes popular and prices go up and up and up then crash down. Look at the Olympus Trip 35 over the years to see what I mean.

OK, I know I used to have 2 of these things. I sort of remember trying to give one away, but for the life of me, I can't find either of my Mu's. Clearly, I wasn't (aren't) using them. I have other cameras that must impress me more...

If I can find mine, I will give one away and sell the other (love the current pricing).

Konica C35 - £10 including postage
Fuji F60fd - £8 including postage (for a 12mp CCD sensor pocket camera!)
1956 Jupiter 8 with perfect glass and focus - £28 including postage

Also worth noting that I'm happy to take a chance on Chinese sellers who don't appear to be complete and utter scams.

Rocket blower - 50p with free postage
10 pairs of white gloves - 50p with free postage
2x 10 roll 35mm canister holders - 99p each with free postage
(Check how much Japan Camera Hunter, or similar, charge for them..!!)

Yes. I'm tight as a duck's a*se.

My mint MJU II I bought six years ago sat unused for the last four. When I got it out a few weeks ago it was completely functionless. A new battery was no help. Poor thing must have died of loneliness.

Make sure your battery is fresh, also, I've witnessed a few cameras comeback to life only after 15-30 min with the battery installed, could be something to do with capacitors etc.
