This is a hard question. Mainly because I don't own the mechanical camera I would trust the most. A Nikon F or F2 with the standard 50mm f2 Nikkor and with the plain non meter prism. From every thing I've read and from others experiences this sounds like the most reliable SLR ever made.
Ah yes, almost forgot, film! Well I've shot a lot of Tri-X so that would be fine. Never thought about chemicals and long shelf life but how about HC110 decanted into airtight 4oz amber bottles and fixer sealed as a powder in measured containers. That and a nikor tank and reel. (that I've have had for 45 years already)
