The rhythm for flea markets varies and they're on a per-neighborhood basis.
There are some often set up at Stade Charlety, with a mix of actual flea-market stands and (art or antique) business stands. But good luck finding info via a web search. If anybody knows about any I'd also be interested.

Thanks! Btw, typical street markets in Paris are on Tuesdays and Thursdays, right? I used to live in FR eons ago and seem to recall this vaguely.

I've had some luck at Porte de Vanves, but I seem to recall it's a weekend-only market.
