105 or 55? Both nice. I'll continue to send you the hoods I find on Ebay. I use Tmax400 (-2) with my Pentax too. I was in Europe (South Fr.) a couple of weeks ago and paid 9.50 Euros for a roll of 36 Kodak Gold 200. I didn't really care but it would get old on a regular basis. In the US it is less than $2.50. Let me know by PM.

Most of you RFFers are not into alternative stuff. But the Pentax 6x7 offers an infinite variety of alternative lenses. I buy body caps and mount different lenses. Maybe it is unpure but I like the results. I have a Browniehawkeye Flash lens mounted in reverse, a Polaroid ColorPack lens, and a pinhole from some laser company. I'll show you one from each. But before that I'm going to mount the working end of a 35mm Canon Serenar 100mm lens on another body cap soon. I'm hoping for vignetting:
BHF reversed lens on 6x7:
Polaroid Color Pack lens, sorry this one doesn't really show how good it is with portraits (women love it, it has a softness that is hard to not like):

I bought a pinhole body cap for my Beast. It isn't anywhere near as in focus as yours. Maybe I need to try another brand.
I still have my Hawkeye Flash. My first real camera. Removing the lens and using it on the Beast would be fun. How do you do it?
Pinhole 6x7 & HP5+ (I think)

I don't know about terrific results but different. I also took a lens off a Hollywood Reflex and mounted it on a cheap body cap. It gives a Holga look:
I did a preliminary test with the 100mm Canon Serenar (35mm) and surprisingly it covers the view finder.

I have developed some films now and must say that the camera is great (sic!)
Having much easier to nail focus with my Leica however.
A lucky mistake was made with this pic because the focus gets behind what I think is right using the finder.

The best camera is one that still works!

Interesting what you say about the focus because when I saw this in the gallery I thought ... "he's missed the focus on the right eye!"
Then after looking harder I decided it was perfect as it is!

I have the 6x7 with the meter prism. Eric Hendrickson went though mine when I first got it and it was not very expensive, at least the body CLA.
