They don't need to be that small. The ones that were deleted were over 6000 pixels wide

Thanks, as you can see I live in Danville. If we ever get together, I'll let you try my BHF lens on your Pentax67 or 6x7.

If this thread isn't enough to make you want to buy a Pentax, then watch this (camera) pornographic video featuring the 67. Wow.

I really love the 3D rendering of the 105mm 2.4 lens. I own a Pentax 645, but not the 67. I wonder if I could achieve the same look by mounting the 105mm lens on the 645 with an adapter. Do you think the same 3D rendering be preserved?
Thanks.
Joe
Thanks.

I don't know, Joe, it might. The 75/2.8 AS from the P67 is just as brilliant on the P645. But here's a pic from my P645NII shot with the P67 105mm f/2.4... See if you find an answer.I really love the 3D rendering of the 105mm 2.4 lens. I own a Pentax 645, but not the 67. Joe,
I would suggest to you that the 3D effect of the lens, shot in the same condition as another lens, shows more 3d because of it's transition to OoF and potentially to some field curvature as well. both of those are effected if you chop off a portion of the image circle.
could you capture some of it? that seems likely. could you replicate it? that seems UN-likely.

Thanks, Doug. That looks good, but it's probably not shot at 2.4, is it?
I'd love to see more examples of 67 lenses (particularly the 105) on the 645.

Wait, I think my 105mm is more 3D than yours. I know I've shown it before but......

I like the BFH lens mounted for a Pentax 6x7, but I will tell you it took a long time to get it where I wanted. I have four lens mounted on lens caps for my 6x7.
Here is one from a Hollywood Reflex Camera on a Pentax lens cap:

No, more like f/8 or so I think. I'm not at all sure that any 3D effect is maximized at wide open, though surely DoF is narrowest. Thanks, Doug. That looks good, but it's probably not shot at 2.4, is it?

Here's another 105 shot on the 645, this time wide open...
