no, when I have problem sometimes with the first shot I slightly open the door (pointing the lens down this keep the photo pack in the correct position) to extract the tab and the first picture.

I posted this in the "What have you just had Repaired?" thread but it may be more appropriate here.
Shipped a Polaroid SLR 680 across the country to 2nd Shot SX-70 Service. Matt upgraded the rollers tp get rid of the 680 divot on IP film, installed a split image screen plus and overall tune up. Work is good, price is fair and the communication was great.
 
Took my first one a week ago: Fuji FP-100C Silk in a Polaroid EE100:

Not that sharp but I have a feeling that the surface of the silk version makes it hard(er) to scan. Also a lot of fluff that sticks to it. How do you keep your fresh photos that are still a bit wet? I put them between some paper in my sack but obviously this isn't a good idea.
 
The Land 430 has landed on Canadian land and in the post box yesterday.
