The one with the statue was in Florence and the one with the couple was in a hill town in Italy, I believe it was Montepulciano...Tuna: where did you take these last posted images by you?

Thanks. I was with the family once in Montepulciano when we stayed in Sienna for ten days. Florence too, of course. The one with the statue was in Florence and the one with the couple was in a hill town in Italy, I believe it was Montepulciano...

The first one is the Loggia del Mercato Nuovo in Florence. The second, I think, is the Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta in Monteriggioni. The one with the statue was in Florence and the one with the couple was in a hill town in Italy, I believe it was Montepulciano...
Nailed it! I knew it was one of the hill towns and Monteriggioni it was - I remember the wall around the town that they were charging people to go up for the views…The first one is the Loggia del Mercato Nuovo in Florence. The second, I think, is the Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta in Monteriggioni.

It is so bizarre for me seeing your photos. I’m used to remembering places I’ve seen. I got used to that a long time ago. But how can two people who have never met, been to all the same out-of-the-way places . . . ?Nailed it! Marty, it figures that I can count on you to remind me of all the places I’ve been 😆
