This was my "crew" for an assignment shooting big industrial projects in Turkey. At one of the sites I simply hired these kids to carry bags with Hasselblad's, tripods, lenses, flashes etc. One kid had the job of making tea every 1-2 hours for breaks. It was +40 C in the shade!
