Just got a secondhand contax T in overall nice condition. I tested all its functions and they all seem to be in consistence with what the manual says, except for the metering system. According to the manual, the metering is activated once the shutter release is pressed half way down and the led will go off in about 10s.
But the metering system in my T is always ON when the door is opened, even without the shutter being pressed:bang:
I guess it might be some problem in the internal circuit but all the shutter speeds are fine and the mechanical parts are working without any trouble. I am wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem with a Contax T also?
