Pushing Tri-X to 3200

Rodinal 1+100 2hours is ok-ish for 3200 but I recommend keeping it between 800-1600 (I once made a serioes from 200-3200 on a roll and all came out useable)
I think the undiluted XTOL example from above looks awesome! I'd go with that the next time

msbarnes not bad at all, I especially like your last shot there.

Pushing is definitely an art in itself (I suppose), both how to shoot, which dilution and developer to use and how long to develop (and if one should agitate or not, stand or semi-stand etc) ^^

Just out of curiousity, has anyone tried using SPUR's Ultraspeed Vario? There is a data sheet available in the English section, where they've tested Tri-X up to 1600 ISO.

Tri-X at 3200 in Xtol 1+1 was so fine, I'm sure I can get even 6200 shooting... Right now I'm shooting a TMY roll, first half at 3200 and second half at 6400, for 2 different development times, and I'm about to finish the first half development, to see if TMY works at 3200 as well as Tri-X at 3200 with Xtol...
