the need for speed
i was in the middle of shooting RAW & JPEG (which i have happily shot with for over a month), checking out a new lens. when i got home, i find that midway through the camera switched to JPEG only... the setting is still at JPEG & RAW on the camera.
what gives? will this happen again? has this happened to anyone else? is it a camera error? a card error? i'm quite concerned as this is something i've never been concerned with, but i lost some photos that may have been keepers if only i'd had the RAW files...

Check the needle indicator on the top plate, Cam.
Does the right needle indicate R?
Edit: If not, switch the WB/Q lever to the Q position, rotate the jog dial until the right needle of the indicator is set to R and you're done.
