Ugh.. I've got a Frenchman

Looks like we've got a Frenchman without an RF, a guy with a French handle with an RF who isn't French, a Canuck chick, possibly Victor -- looks like a go for E&C at noon on the 29th.

I've started a new thread for the 29th, in case some people aren't following this one because they think it's still about the 2nd.
