In other news I bought a mint, never used, boxed BP M4, then rubbed off the paint w/ sandpaper so it looked like a regular beater M4. That way no-one would bother me.

You pay extra at the Fender Custom shop to get a factory fresh beat-up new Stratocaster or Telecaster guitar, for that instant street cred.
