RFF image upload change

Jorge must have changed the max image size to upload to a thread from 1000kb to 150kb. IMO that is too small. Images look nice around 300kb. Jorge, could you consider allowing 300kb image sizes in threads?

Actually, by reducing the jpg quality to 40 or so, that gets the image size down and still looks okay. No worries.

I think it looks horrible so ill be hosting my images somewhere else then putting them up here
