Has Jurgen offered to make the situation right? Have you asked him to make the situation right?
That is the crux of these threads; we hear the squeaky wheel but we don't hear about the oil itself. Oftentimes, people will get a camera back, badmouth the repair tech, decide that a return is warranted, the tech makes good on service and sales yet the complainer doesn't address the fact that they were made whole in the end. And stop putting his business + name in quotes in the exact same manner. It's really weird and you're going to jack up the search results. Unless, that is what you intend to do. Of course, like NWA, Ozzy Osbourne, and countless others, the extra attention may help him with sales.

From all I recall of the different posts I have seen here on RFF, when Certo6 is good, he is very good. When he is bad, he is very bad.
I have had that feeling for years. Own a Agfa Record that supposedly had the bellows replaced by him. The bellows cover part of the image at the rear making it a 6X7 camera.

God forgive me, but I now must share the January 2018 Voigtlander classic accessory Rangefinder - certo6 "jurgen kreckel" experience that took place.
January 8, 2018 I bought a Voigtlander classic accessory Rangefinder - EXCELLENT+++ !! from certo6 "jurgen kreckel". He stated this item was serviced by his masterful hands, and ready for use. Package arrived in the mail, I opened it, it was a Sony lens. I contact certo6 "jurgen kreckel" and to my surprise he stated "Oh I mailed your item to a guy in Hawaii and his item was mailed to you". I stated I would return my item and he could refund my money. At this time certo6 "jurgen kreckel" said to me "it would be better for me if you would just mail the item you received to the person who bought it in Hawaii". So I went out of my way to help this person and did just that.
Weeks later the guy in Hawaii mailed my item to me, and when I opened that package, guess what the item that I bought was not serviced, not even cleaned, and was not ready for use. This master craftsmen certo6 "jurgen kreckel" then tried to play the blame game and make excuse after excuse. At this point I just left him NEGATIVE FEED BACK and forget about it.
Only after leaving this negative feed back did he say "Apologize 4 mixing up address".
Notice he never owned up to selling me a pile of crap item. That would have bruised his ego.
I serviced the item myself and life went on. Forward to Dec 07, 2018 I give this master craftsmen another chance and yet again he fails to meet even the most entry level standards.

You really have a combination of bad luck and a personal issue against JK.
Good thing you can skillfully service the cameras yourself to your standards.

Dear Phil,
basically, Valdormar's verbose report is quite the same what Pablito reported 3 years ago:
I was going to buy a camera from him but the e-mail exchanges and answers to my questions were not satisfactory. He was snide and snotty so I dropped it - thankfully!
—— and Brian Legge had already made clear who the "JK" in question must be:
Any chance people are confusing Jurgen Kuschnik (a well reputed German repairman) and Jurgen Kreckel (ie Certo6)? Kuschnik passed away in 2013.

So reading this thread shows five people with bad reviews, nine with positive reviews. That's over four years.
Ebay rating of 99.5% for Certo 6 over the last twelve months with over 200 sales. Just two negative reviews on eBay in that time, and one of those negative reviewers is posting here, and has put the seller's name in quotes 22 times and counting.

I think everybody has the right to leave honest feedback, and discuss their experiences with sellers candidly.
But frankly, the posts by "Valdormar Hauslendale" are getting kind of bizarre. I've had bad ebay experiences, had to leave negative feedback, had to get ebay to force returns and refunds before, but it's never left a chip on my shoulder. Once resolved, why continue beating a dead horse? If from this thread I've learned one person to never buy from, I've learned another to never sell to.
