I went to San Francisco yesterday, and missed seeing the torch-just like the other thousands who were there. But I did enjoy seeing all the amateurs with huge DSLR's and expensive glass, while most of the photogs I saw with press passes had "consumer" grade DSLR's
I chatted with one PJ from Philly who was shooting with a Canon 20D. What I was really impressed by were the PJ's who had M8's hung around their necks like jewelry and one guy who had an X pan.
Anyway, I stuffed my trusty Domke with a dozen rolls of Tri X, a Leica IIIC and a Leicaflex SL. I spend today developing the film I shot and working up contact sheets. I also brought my old Nikon D100. I know they're not RF shots, but I did get some good shots with it and thought some of you might enjoy seeing how I spend my time waiting for the torch.

PS After I realized that the torch was not coming, I stopped at a pub for some buffalo wings and a couple of beers. Hence the third picture
