Washington (state) Seattle!

I bought the G1 kit from Kenmore. I wanted the 45mm lens to go with my G2. I have the G1 white label if you change your mind K-14. You can use all lens except the 35, 21 & 16. I the 28, 45 & 90 work fine.

Yeah that's probably the same kit I turned down. They wouldn't split the kit so I bailed. I'm memorized by the 35 planar posts on the Contax forum here. Although folks say the 35 isn't the best and it's better to go with the 45. I'm torn at this point.

The 35 is not the best, but it's still great!

Sorry, but as a UW grad ('74), I have to say, for my alma mater,

For a long time I favored 45 over 35 when it came to sharpness. Then one day I was forced to use 35 having forgotten to pack the 45. The images I got back from processing won me over to 35. They were sharp!. True; I have stopped down the lens to f/8, but that's how I shoot most of my stuff...

The 45 Contax g is a great lens. I have also had all but the 16mm over the years. I dont think you can go wrong with any of the G lens. The G1 white label didnt bother me as i can just use it along with my G2 with the 45 or 90 lens.

A gentle reminder about Sunday, the 18th at the Big Time (1pm)!

Hope to see a lot of faces, not to mention cameras and photos!

Remember, snow is not an excuse, we are after all, Seattle Rangefinders!
