Well-known
I have one 35mm lens too many. I really do.
It is very hard to decide which to let go.
I use more often the 50mm lens.
You're not alone. I have both too many 35mm lenses and too few:
I have two versions of the Canon 35/2.8 -- 1 chrome, one black/chrome -- and I can't even decide which of those to let go! :bang:
And I'm still looking for a Summicron v1 that I can afford...

Just joshing. I appreciate the thought, Steve-o! BTW, just got my J 3 back from Brian and it snaps! Be posting on Flickr soon. The man's a genius.
I agree with you 100% regarding the Genius Man Brian!
I highly value him as a kind person, and of course, I value his calibrated and modified lenses. I may have 4-5 lenses that got the BS stamp.

O, Raid! Let loose the 35/2.0 and make somebody else very happy! It is my best.
Jim,
It does not make much sense to keep an unused lens like the 35/2. Either I should use it, and then I won't need the other 35mm lenses, or I should sell it to someone who cares for it. It is great place to be in ...

Ari,
I have a like new Summicron V1 with goggles for my M3, and I use it once in a while. Maybe now it is LN- and maybe even a EX++ ....
It has historic value [for me], being the only 8-element Leica 35mm 2.0 lens that also happens to have a very nice so called signature. It is built like no other lens. Leica craftmanship at its very best. I wish you luck in finding a good one.

Maybe you will be the one to get the lens. You seem to be a nice guy.
