Leica M-D 262, probably my favourite Leica ever (I know it's a crazy thing to say!). It's a adorned with a 65mm f/3.5 Elmar and a Visoflex III. But it's a pretty special kind of Visoflex III. Notice something missing?

Sure -- it's the Leica M-D 262 with the Camcraft Z-Housing (which was the Norman Goldberg-modified Visoflex III with the Pellix mirror), plus the 400/5.6 Telyt-V with the Televit focusing stage.
With the exception of the M-D body, everything else is pretty much 1960's vintage.
