It had to happen sorry ... if it's good enough to have a bokeh thread why not extreme ISO images be they pushed film or digital.
Very high ISO can be used to give a certain look to a photograph IMO ... it can take the 'clean' look away from a digital image and give us something approaching film grain ... and with film it just plain accentuates the grain it already has!
This is 12800 ISO from my D700 converted to black and white via ACDSee Pro.

There can also be a tendency to blow highlights along with a loss of shadow detail due to reduced dynamic range ... but again, that can be used to effect IMO.
