Here in Indiana, they rust a lot faster since it rains here frequently. My grandparents had a set of them that were very old. I'm not sure how old; I got varying dates when I asked about them. Sometimes they said the 1950s, sometimes they said the 1940s. They changed colors a lot when I was a kid. Yellow, red, green, blue, then back to yellow.
Grandpa's meanass cat, Molly, on his chairs in the late 1990s. She murdered 5-10 small animals a day, and is known to have killed two RATTLESNAKES. She lived nearly 20 years.
