I'm still in for 10/21. Can do 10/28 as well.
OK, so everyone else interested, we have 3 1/2 participants for the 21st. If we get good weather, and no other confilcts come up, the 21st is the day.

Awesome! Let's hope the weather will be OK. Today is unexpectedly nice after last night.

Great! I'll be there.
Twilight is at 6:41am and Sunrise at 7:09am Saturday 10/21.
Early weather looks like Saturday will be clear. I wonder if the morning will be cloudy, we will get a better prediction in a few days.

I also checked generally this morning and it is looking good for Saturday. It would be nice to get some slanting sunlight early in the morning...
A reminder to Boston RFF'ers: I was happy to take other people provided they could get over to my subway stop. However I looked at the MBTA schedule today and it looks like (as far as I can tell) I would want to leave before the trains start running.
If anybody still wants to car-pool we would need to meet up somewhere...

What a dope I am! I managed to lock myself out of my house about two hours ago. Wife won't be home for another hour or more...
But here I am, at my second home! Actually I'm in the public library.
Hopefully the wife will come home before the Saturday meet at least...

Peter, you have the longest drive so go ahead and name a meeting time here in CT.

Ralph I can be there around 7:00 am. I would say that probably means leaving my house (if my wife lets me back in
) around 5:30 right?
Sounds right. It was @ or less than 30 minutes off the Mass Pike when I was returning from the science museum last weekend.

7am is good for me. Rover, what will the places be like - can we get up close or will be be shooting from some distance?
Ray, we are going to be driving down a country road. It has been maybe just less than 10 years since I have been down there, kinda out of the way. I think we will run across nice meadows, fields, barns, lots of private property as well as the state forest. I think we may find things of interest close and far.

7:00 am works for me. Are we still going to meet at the park & ride?
I can offer a ride to anyone in the Providence/SE Mass region.

Yes, lets meet at the lot. Grab coffee on your way guys, we won't see a Dunkin Donuts on this ride.

Actually, I was going to bring a tripod and cable release just in case anyone had the urge to use a slow shutter speed.
Um, I really don't think we will see much in the form of accommodations.
