this was my first xpan experience:

But all turned out well, because the camera was returned with no problems to KEH. They apologized for the camera not being what I wanted, but would not alter the price or agree the crack was a serious issue. Still, they provided great service through out the ordeal and I would order from them again.

I waited for a while (seemed forever!) and finally found a used xpan on photo.net for a much lower price. The camera is in just as good condition as the KEH one and came with some extras (manual, hood and orig. boxes). the camera had about 2/3 more rolls pushed through it, but you could tell the owner cared about his equipment. I ran a test roll, everything seems to work well and I contacted the owner to ell him I would take it.

In the end everything worked out for the better...wu wei 😉
Anyway, I saved enough money to buy lots of film and hope to post soon.

Cheers to all that helped make a great decision!

Jason
