Just got back from Chicago. Tried to find a LCA 120 but no luck. Tried Central Camera but they didn’t know what is was until I explained.

Leaving tomorrow to shoot the SS Badger great lakes carferry. Two DSLRs for sure but I'll probably bring whatever else has film left in it.... Probably Nikon S2, Voigtlander Perkeo, Rolleiflex 2.8C. I think that is all.

It's not Nikon SLR with winder loud (thing FM2n w md12), it more sounds like loud-ish clockwork.
What is funny is the thumb advance wheel spins when it is used. This caught me off as you gotta be careful to not hold onto that.
The CX-2 is surprisingly nice. Focus distance is in meters by the focus lever, but it also has focus symbols(head/head shoulders... mountains) at the top of the lens as you look down so you can set focus before you bring camera to eye. These symbols also appear in the VF.
Check out ebay - there are some truly insane people trying to sell these. One guy asking $670 - I offered him $65 explaining to him that was what there were selling for as per SOLD listings on ebay. He refused. There are a couple of Japanese sellers that are pricing them like they are Contax T3s covered in Kendall's sweat.

Not sure if it was part of your plan or not, but SF Pride is this weekend. The City will be busier than normal, especially around the Civic Center and Castro districts. On the other hand, that might make for more street photography opportunities if that's your jam.
