Still new to me; I'm working on a few projects with it, none of which will be on the internet until they're finished. Not allowed to put personal photos up (for fear of castration-by-wife), so... well, it's not THAT bad a photo...

The 80 Planar is a cinch to hand hold. My post in this thread was hand held.

Who of you use their HBlads without tripod? Anyone who takes it for streetshots?

My wife has just about completely confiscated my 500cm. She street shoots it hand held almost exclusively. I think she likes the attention she gets while shooting it.

Always hand-held unless it's in the studio or at night. All the shots I posted above were hand-held except the night shot.

Now that is interesting! can I ask how you did that?
I just chopped up a 120 spool and fit the ends into a 35mm canister for use in a 24-back. Gonna try and shoot it today and see how it works. I cut the ends to fit the canister in the middle of the film plane so all I need to do is imagine a mask across the finder. Should be fun, but won't get too many shots out of a roll of 35mm, but we'll see.

Just shot up and developed a roll of very expired C-41 in testing my new 135/120 hybrid. The colours are way off, but it was just fun shooting and testing so it doesn't matter right now. I had to tape down the film since my holder for 135 will cover up the sprocket holes. The image does actually go to the edges. Kinda fun. It'll work in an emergency for sure, but I hope to never be without 120 film ;-)
