Washington (state) Vancouver RFFers

With the weather of late, I haven't really shot anything in a long time. So it'd be pretty cool to just have a coffee and talk about cameras. But I'll be snowboarding in Kamloops this weekend, so maybe another week. :)

I've been here *almost* 2 months now... I don't know that I would call it the "best coast", but it's not without its charms.

actually, one of the things i like about vancouver is that it reminds me of new york. i am an east coaster at heart and always will be.
but i like the slower pace of the west.

A belated welcome to Vancouver! I was born here and I can confirm that it never stops raining. Just have lots of high ISO film and consume many warm beverages.

I'm interested in all kinds of photographic meet and I just started photography early this year. So Im a newbie here.

cheers,

Nico

Hey SCC...what about 'The Templeton" on Granville. Walked past often but never dined. Seems popular...and warm. It is pretty cold these days (-7). Are you new to Van?

It needs something more...it needs some "Rollmo".

Doesn't Bridges have a good brunch? Can you say "Eggs Bennie"?
Or maybe Sophie's place up the street on 4th Avenue.

Stay warm!

Hi all. fellow vancouverite too :) new to this RF camera scene, I would be interested to meet up and learn a few tips and tricks!

Bump for a tentative April meetup...

How about Granville Island, or Stanley Park? Mid- to late-April?

Bump me too ;-) Shame on me I haven't log into RFF in a while. I feel a bit out of place with my DLSRs....

Hub, dreaming of a GF1 with a rangefinder...
