i bought this as a starter lens...and never liked it very much. I ended up selling it as soon as i got my 40mm Summicron...didn't like the mechanics or the rendering very much. I had the MC....perhaps the SC is better?

A shot at 1.4 from the SC on Tri X at 250 and pulled. I was shooting around 1/60th so it could be slightly sharper but the look is interesting. Focus was on the rear tire lettering:

I've been a member here for a bit but have never had a chance to post anything. This thread is what led me to this lens in the first place. By the way, i swear those buildings were straight as an arrow... 😉

Just bought this lens, and went with my girlfriend to Golden Gate Park this weekend to try it out. Shot a roll of Tri-X, developed in HC-110 B, and I'm absolutely blown away by the Nokton. For the price, it's a stunning lens. A few pics:
