I have always felt his position was very fair considering the price of the program.
Let's put things into perspective, though. $80 is a lot less than the $500 SF is asking but it's still $80. If I pay that much for a software from any other company I expect my e-mails to be answered even if I'm asking stupid questions.
Like I said, I haven't tried to contact Hamrick so I'm not complaining about a personal experience but if what you're saying about him ignoring customers is true than that's not acceptable.
