I think it's fortunate that you made and have that image. And I imagine he'd appreciate it, too, given his love of the gear (a C220, what a machine!) and craft he passed along by his study and example.
This is the last picture I took of my mother...she passed 4 hours later...her lungs were filling with fluids and she was having a rough time breathing, her blood oxygen level was in the 50's...she was to be transported to Hospice at 7:00 pm...she died at 6:10 pm.
I wasn't there at the end, I thought she would at least make it to Tuesday morning...she was given Morphine at 6:00 and within ten minutes was gone.
