It is weekend time!
I will try to complete what I have left in Kodachrome film this weekend.
The old CZJ 5cm 1.5 continues to baffle me with its sharpness and with the way images turn out. I have no clue why I am even bothering with any other lenses at all. I will use this lens.
We have cool weather with awesome clarity in the the sky. These are Kodachrome days that cannot be missed.
What will you be doing?

Thanks for the tip, Al. This scanner does not cost much more than the scanner Paul has suggested.

Trying out a new lens .
Nothing exotic and not an RF lens.
I need to pick it up at the post office tomorrow ...it`s a Pentax 120/2.8.
Gales and heavy rain forcast but a break in the weather for sunday.
Waiting for my last roll of K64 to complete it`s around the world trip from Kansas via Switzerland.

I plan to wonder around aimlessly with the Super Ikonta and see what develops! Try out the Kontur finder I got to use with it.

We have a touch of winter this weekend; 20mph north wind blowing, and a low Saturday morning in the 30sF. I hope for some smashing light in the morning. I also am hoping my Epson 4490 will get here Saturday. B&H had them on sale for $127 shipped. Good price, i think.
I will be at our state playoff football game tonight. I'll have my FED-2/I-26 with me, loaded with Arista Premium 400 (Tri-X). Tomorrow, I reckon the FE2 with Nikkor 50/1.8 or E35/2.5 will get some work if the light is sweet ...

Good luck with the scanner, Paul.
Morning light at a cold day can be awesome.
Staying in bed can be even more awesome.

In the USA, we have tomorrow Veteran's Day,which is a holiday. So it is officially the start of an extended weekend!
I will definitely shoot some Kodachrome this weekend.
What will you be up to?
P.S. I am quite happy to have learned that Eddy Smolov has retired for health reasons ... but he is alive.

I'm planning on taking some photos of my relatives when we gather together for the father's day lunch on Sunday. I might use the F100 and flash. We'll see.

I'm planning on Sunday to do outdoor photoshoot with a furniture designer, a colleague, and his brand new coat-hanger in form of a woman's body
Anyway, I will use Rolleiflex with T-max 100, and P&S or maybe a Dslr for the metering and some color shots eventually.

Not a common lens. Which version? 49mm or 52mm filter thread?
Raid - another recommendation for the 4490. I scan all my medium format film with it - excellent for B&W. Not so good for colour transparencies (I can't get Velvia to look right) and have not tried it yet with colour negatives. I paid $500 for mine several years ago.
It's almost Friday here, so I can start talking about the coming weekend. Friends have organised a photo-scavenger hunt for Saturday morning, and the local Camera Collectors have a market day on Sunday. Busy weekend!

Finish a roll of BW400CN in the Zorki, a roll in the Canonet, & perhaps a roll in the Bessa R. Have a roll of Gekko 100 to develop sometime. Hope to have photos to up load for the no gear talk Sunday. Tomorrow is also the Decisive Challenge. May partisipate in that as well. Busy weekend!

Enjoy Life.
Decisive Challenge for me...before and after visiting the HCB exhibit at the SF MOMA.
No matter where you live join in The Decisive Challenge on Sunday.
A great way to have fun on a November Sunday!

Lina has this weekend Casey.
It is a school project in which students rotate in having a stuffed animal toy [called Casey] with them for a weekend. It must be documented photographically, and then a photo is placed into the Casey Album.
A few minutes ago, Lina asked me to take photos of her and Casey. My reply was "how about taking Casey to the beach"?

Got a few shots in today on the South Beach following the storms.
The winds have been 95mph on the coast reaching force 12 on the hills.
Out for a black tie dinner tonight .
I`ll take the Pany digi .

It is that time of the week again.
I have to kill off what I have left in Kodachrome film.
Maybe I will use a tripod and take portraits of my family.
I love them more than any scenics or strangers in some street.

Going to the Museum with my whole Family
, and taking my M5/28mm and Delta 400 and 100 (@400). Only one roll of Delta 400 left... I should be all right though with pushing Delta 100 to 400...
Oh, Yeah. That's when I will give my wife a new Panasonic ZS-5 Super-Zoom as a Birthday Gift...I made sure it is "Photo-Ready" out of the box too...
