What camera are you carrying RIGHT NOW?

My M7 rangefinder's vertical alignment is slightly off - !@#$%, so it sits in storage with a half through film and motor-M attached.

So, I used the M6 instead, to pair the M8.2.
I use the Noctilux on the M8.2 and a 35 Lux ASPH on the M6.
This is my most used combo - 50 on M8.2 and 35 on film.
I will stick the 15 Heliar on the M7 today, to finish the roll and get that motor on the M6.
I am too lazy these days, to adjust the RF of the M7 - dang !@#$% !!!

So this was a funny coincidence - when I had my bag packed, I decided, to change the Motor-M to the M6, to see, if I like it better with motor today.
I dry fired a few shots, handling the camera with motor … and … locked the shutter of the M6 - you know Murphy.

I postponed the date by an hour, fixed the M7's rangefinder adjustment, loaded the M7 with film and motor, left the locked M6 on the desk, left a help call on the forum, shot the evening, returned and some of the amazing guys here and on the LUF helped me, to fix the locked shutter.

It turned out simple and easy.

Back to topic: the M6 changed place with the M7 and I use my old favorite combo again: M8.2 with 50mm and M7 with motor and 35mm + pushed BW film. Yay!

I received my XA and my Autocord from service today and I'm watching at them both on my table right now. XA had problems with on-off switch but it looks like working again. Autocord had an intermittent problem with the shutter cocking mechanism. I hope it's working now. I also brought in my Canon P for service. Its shutter seems like capping a bit.

Right now, this one is recovering after too much yard work-no never got off a shot. My new digs are keeping me very-very busy these days. Installed a new transition from kit.-l rm. as for what is with in reach . .. ... right now three canon p's, a III, a IIs2, agfa optima I, and four Slr's of makes & models. My Bessa R must be here somewhere, my camera room is always the last of rooms to get organized. I never want to move again. least-wise most everything is unpacked. Whew!😀

TROJANCAST,

I've heard that 35/3.5 is a very, very good lens. What's your opinion.? Reason for asking is that I just picked one up recently for a song (and I don't sing well) but haven't used it yet. And, as for the H3? We're talking vintage for sure.

Ted
