The best camera is one that still works!
I'm heading out the door to go to the GF's place and in my bag is my OM-2 with 50mm f1.4 and 300mm f4.5. The camera is loaded with Rollei Retro 100.
Oh ... and a tripod of course!

I'm curious as to your opinion of that film Keith.

Very close if not same to Agfa 100

Retro 100 is, I think, Agfa APX. If so, great film. Watch the contrast if using Rodinol.

I bought a F100 a few weeks ago. Seems like it's glued in my hands from the day one. I even sold my FE2 which I thought would be a keeper.

Zeiss Ikon ZM, CV Nokton 35 1.4, Fuji Superia ISO 200, and a Skylight filter - in all a great late summer walk around kit.
I just went through a couple of rolls of shooting only with my 21mm, because I felt I needed some practice with the wide-angle. I enjoyed that, but now I look forward to going back to my comfort zone 35.

Heading out to weekend brunch with my friend.
He's dragging Hassy, Pentax67 and Pen FT. (and I think he's got E-PL1 somewhere)
I'm sticking with tiny Rolleicord V with Neopan 400@1600 and IIIf RD & Color-Skopar 28/3.5 with Arista Premium @ 1600. Tri-X spare rolls for both cams.

Chasing the kids round the house with a Leica M6 TTL, 35 'cron ASPH, Ektachrome 100G and wondering why I sold the Nikon F5.

I´m at my girlfriend´s house, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, enjoying a glass of wine with her while we listen some music...
BTW, I have a Kodak Medalist II loaded with a really old TriX roll, a Minolta HiMatic 7s loaded with colour neg. and a small Canon A580, all within the reach of my arms.
I must admit than I´m allways carrying the Canon in a belt magazine carrier, and a film camera in a small bag, sometimes in a pocket.
Cheers

I took a break from 35mm but just got this last week for $129 and it's been a real pleasure. Always had Leicas, Fs, etc. but using a Nikon digital made it easy to adapt to this second-to-last modern Nikon film camera. I've also been used a F100 but I think the N80 is a better carry-around and shoot camera, it certainly weighs a lot less. I've also realized that it's faster and gives me more control than anything else I've used, including those fancy German lust objects.
My ONLY complaints are 1. the exposure compensation button is in a different place than all the other electro-Nikons and 2. the bokeh of the Nikon screw-drive primes sucks unless you always shoot wide-open. But neither are big problems because the metering is excellent and the lens's auto-focus is better than my eyes -- so shooting wide-open is reliable.
Oh yeah, I wish the 50/1.8 was AFS so I could manual focus without disengaging the clutch, doh. But it auto-focuses well so no big deal.
The Gordy's strap is really nice. Recommended.

Went out today with three cameras (trying to finish a few rolls). This included a Zenobia with Fomapan 100, a Leica IIIc with Kodachrome 25 and a Retina IIIc with FP4.

I just got home from a friends housewarming party. I had with me a Yashica Samurai Z and took a few shots with it while I was there. I've been shooting this camera for the past week or so. It's loaded with Kodak Gold 100 - 36 Exposures. That means I'll be shooting somewhere between 72 and 80 shots on this half frame wonder. Of course, for some of the shots I'm using the double exposure feature - so I'll be really shooting more like 100 shots on this single roll. I'm at 62 on the counter now. This is my first roll through this camera so I'm really having fun / excited to see what kind of results I get.

Quiet Saturday night at home. Having second thoughts of switching to G2 from E-PL1. Toying E-PL1 and 20/1.7 and testing some RAW images.
I also have M2 & Nikkor-HC 50/2 and IIIf RD & CV 28/3.5 on the coffee table in front of me.

I absolutely LOVE my N80! Although I also have an F5, the N80 is my usual choice for going out to shoot with, unless I know it's something I will need the F5's super-fast AF or 7 fps.
