Both a Fuji GA645 and a Panny GH2. Just fired off some 40 shot-per-second bursts with the GH2 trying to capture some humming birds... their wings still had motion blur! Damn they're fast...

I am packing for a Europe trip, so "my camera today" is what I have packed:

Leica M6, Bessa T for film; Ollympus EP-2 for digital (snapshots)
Lenses: CV 25mm/4, Summilux 35mm/1.4 Heliar 50mm/2,

I don't often see people here mentioning the 28mm/5.6 Summaron. Did you mean the collapsible Summicron or the rigid Summicron 50mm?

Come on, Raid. Put some more in that bag..........

I replaced the Heliar 50/2 with the Helair 50/3.5 today. That's all.
We will rent a compact car with a small trunk, and I don't want to haul lots of stuff.

I am so tempted to use my MF equipment. :D

Packing!!!!!!

Packing!!!!!!

Raid , So your on another traveling adventure, well have a great time. A question however. Do you buy film there or do they do a separate inspection or does the x-ray not cause a problem? I read of so many different airport adventures , good and not so good. Best of luck. RED

I take all film with me in my travels.
I prefer ISO100 film in general, so airport Xray will not cause any noticable harm.
Today, I chose the film from the refrigerator. It will be Kodak 100UC, Fuji Reala 100, and Ilford XP2. I chose two rolls per day of travel. The rest will be digital. I want to economize a little on developing and scanning costs. I will set ISO to 800 in the digital camera and use the Summilux 35/1.4 for dark interior photos.

In general. film is not expensive in Germany, but the EURO to $ exchange rate is not good right now.

On my last trip to Germany, I was shocked by the price of one (!!!) roll TX400, exceeding 5,-EUR (!!!).
Processing would have been another 9,-EUR (!!!).

I asked, if the processing cost was per roll or per frame

Enjoy your trip and bring your own film.
