Today , checking out my Sony A290 with old Minolta 35/80 f4 so I can set 35 or 50 [ shown on the lens ] to decide which prime to buy for a possible new Sony A35 .
Usually the G1 with zoom plus CV 35 f 2.5 * , sometimes Contax adapted emMa 8 with Helios or J8 * .
* I Like the nom 67mm crop of the M8 and 70mm of a 35 on 4/3rds , but consider that the 75mm nominal offered by a 50 on aps.c may be just a touch too long for everyday use .

I am concentrating on MF now, so I am carrying the Rolleiflex 2.8. Yesterday I bought a nice Nikon S3 with a clean Nikkor 50mm lens, but I left it at home as I already have a lot of 35mm waiting to be developed.

Liking the fast 35/105 manual focus pair so far, roller derby tomorrow will be a fun test. A better AF 50 than my 50/1.8 AF-D, keep the IIIf and Summitar, and maybe I could be DONE in 35mm!

Todays choice was Canon, a Canon EOS 1000f with a canon EF 90-300 1:4.5-5.6, and a Bessa R with a canon 50mm 1:1.8. Ms. Bee and I tried out a few parks we had not seen yet. One of the nicer ones was also the smallest, an Indian Shell Mound . All that trekking sure wore us out.
