I don't have anything interesting to say.. I just thought I'd point out that this is my 1000th post.. for a second time on RFF.. how cool is that?

Wow, I had no idea...here I naively thought that since I could pull up any news agency in the world with in seconds on my PC that I had full access. OK. Now I'm pissed. Where is the rest of this news hiding? Who has the key? I want answers and I want em now.

This is a great forum. I think the gallery is one area that is underexposed (no pun intended! 😛 )
There is a lot of great stuff there, but you have to go look for it. Pick a membername starting with a random letter, and go browse...

To those of you who mention that nobody comments on your photos, I think a lot of the time it is because they appear on the home page only very briefly. I think a daily posting limit of 3-5 photos (for all members) would be a great idea, it would mean more opportunity to see others photos.
If someone needs to post more - for example a lens comparison or a series of photos, then some way to prevent these filling up the gallery home page would be a good idea (e.g. have just one thumbail pointing to the series or to a gallery)

Aren't they from Beldium? The French Fries that is, although real people eat chips with salt and vinegar. So that doesn't matter as much.
