Sold my Bessa III to fund a new Panasonic-Leica Macro-Elmarit-DG 45mm f/2.8 ASPH OIS for the Olympus E-M1.

Put a little money back in the bank for a change too. :)

Was seriously looking at the Nikon Df, but after much consideration bought a near mint Nikon F, standard prism finder. Works great with my Sekonic L-88 meter :)

Just bought an Agfa 1956 Silette-L with a 50mm f/2.8. Running my first roll through this weekend.

All my friends make fun of me for film, but I'm thinking this thing is way more cool than a Nikon D700 :p

We just came back from the Leica Historical Society meeting in San Francisco. There is a small "swap" meet on the Sunday morning. Could not resist this early M2 Push Button rewind with shedding vulcanite (nothing black gaffers tape can fix). It does need a lube job as it is quite "stiff" - but curtains and rangefinder is fine (Ok, the rangefinder illuminator glass is cracked - but still works).
The Leicavit MP is just an empty shell - might make my own "innards" for it. It is a it rare as there are no major dents in it. The Leicavit MP is made from 0.8mm brass and they do distort and dents quite easily.
 
Nikkor-O 35/2, Ai'd

I'd been thinking about a 35/2 for some time and along came this version with beautiful chrome inner barrel and scalloped focus ring. Couldn't resist. Looks lovely on my black FM2n.

Been on a long digital spree having offloaded a lot of my film gear. In the last two weeks, I've added the following:

•Zeiss ZF.2 Distagon 21mm f/2.8
•Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG HSM
•Nikon 85/1.8 G
•Zeiss ZF.2 Makro-Planar 100mm f/2
 
While looking through the "junk wall" at my favorite camera store I found this.
Quite a lucky find since I am gearing up to whip up chemistry for B&W transparencies and Pyrocat-HD developer. It could use a bit of cleaning and tweaking but not bad for $10. I'll see how well it works soon.

Don't know what came over me, but I just won an auction on eBay for a Mamiya C330 Professional F with 80mm 2.8 S lens. Body is definitely in rough shape with markings on it, but the price was right.

Hopefully it buffs out.
 
A gorgeous Nikkor 10.5cm f/2.5 P.C LTM, with hood, caps and an M-adapter. It's still in the mail, I can't wait.

A NOS Jupiter-9 in Kiev/Contax mount. Still in the mail - hope it's optically as good or better than my old copy of the J-9, it's focus is so stiff that i have to warm it up before use.

A new Leica 1.4x viewfinder magnifier. 49 mm and 52 mm UV/IR cut filters

A SOOGZ A36->E39 filter adapter for Leica Summaron 3.5cm/3.5 LTM

And now I'm looking for a Rigid Nikkor RF 5cm f/2 H.C LTM. It's a well known fact that you can never have too many 50mm lenses - especially not old Sonnar-types. I just put an WTB ad in the classifieds for a nice copy.
