After a huge sell-off of my entire Canon system (save for a couple lenses I kept for the GH4) and a big purge of excess camera bags I made the single biggest change to my photographic equipment I've ever done.
Bought a used M240 from Tamarkin, a Zeiss 35mm f/2 off Facebook, a Zeiss 50mm f/2 from a Leica dealer in Portugal, and I treated myself to a Filson + Magnum Harvey messenger.
Thankfully I still had money left over to put back into my bank account. I think I'm set for a long long time. My last halo camera has been obtained and I'm finally committing to rangefinders.

Ten rolls of agfapan Vario XL. I have never used chromogenic black and white before and I have thought, what the heck, I will try with some retro stuff!
Interesting! I have long liked chromogenic B&W and wondered why they're all ISO 400... But I find best results with a bit of over-exposure (set to EI 250) because they're intolerant of under-exposure, and I like the better shadow detail and contrast.Ten rolls of agfapan Vario XL. I shot 10 rolls of 120 Vario XL back in 1982-83 and liked it as much as the contemporary Ilford XP1. But I had the impression it was made only briefly, and I didn't see it on the market after that. What is the expiration date(s) on your film packages?

Leitz/Leica BEOON (16511). Mint in the original box. Hardly used I suspect. For copying negatives including medium format, which it isn't ideal for, but can do. Just needed an LTM 50mm adapter which I had.

16 gigs of memory for my PC. Lightroom has been choking on my 6x9 color photos - I was just running out of memory which was making processing a pain. Instead of downresing the scan (ie the smart thing to do since I'm scanning beyond the sensor resolution anyway), I decided to spend $150 on more memory than I'll need in a while.

A very poor condition Tower 37A (aka Mamiya Prismat) with 35/2.8, 48/2.8 and 135/2.8. The camera is a display piece or a camera to experiment repairs on!

I only bought a bunch of films:
135: Ilford delta 3200, ilford xp2, a few impossible.
120: Ilford xp2.
I'm in a B&W mood in these days...but not su much time and place to develop therefore I switched to xp2...

A Minolta XD-5 body and Minolta 320X flashgun. I had an XD-7 years ago and regret selling it. Finding one now in working and half-decent condition proved too difficult so I settled for the simpler sibling to complement the XG-M & lenses I have. The flash gun was simply too good to pass over, even though I don't often use flash - plus it also plays nicely with the Lumix G2 I own.

I finally got around to buying a Nikon F3 HP. I've wanted one for a while now, because I really enjoy the tougher built pro and semi-pro SLR's. I have a Nikon F5, but there's a lot of charm in the F3.
I found a nice example with a bit of brassing from a second hand dealer. Another second hand seller had an MD-4 motor drive for it. So, both were ordered and are enjoying life together now
Pictured here with the Nikkor 28mm f3.5 and loaded with Ektar 100.
As 'luck' would have it, I was planning some shooting today but it's just too dark and grey for Ektar. Will get around to shooting this roll next week.
