What have you just BOUGHT?

My third Olympus 35RC for 15euros just for its genuine hood, lens cap and UV filter. A Sony Cassette-Corder WV-R2 came with it as the sales person said it was a part of the camera (!?). 🙂

Congrats, the 28/1.4 AF-D is a great lens. Kind of big & heavy (at least compared to the RF glass to which I'm more accustomed), but solid performer, especially for available light, photojournalism/documentary-type subjects. From what I've been told, the 28/1.4 became something of a cult lens for a lot of video people.

I'm really loving this lens. About the size of an 85mm and very heavy metal barrel. The results are stunning.

My other 28 is a Cron BTW.

I will list some stuff I have acquired over the last six months or so, mostly through trade with very little cash:

Hasselblad 500C with interchangable screens, 80/2.8 Planar, 2 120 backs, waist level finder, chimney finder, prism finder, sports finder and a whole lot of accesories;
Brooks Veriwide with 47/5.6 Super Angulon, but no accessory viewfinder;
7 or 8 Contax II and IIa cameras with several lenses, mostly 50/2 Sonnars, coated and uncoated;
Contax I with 50/2.8 black amd nickel Tessar;
Kiev 5 with 50/1.8 helios lens;
Plaubel Makina II with 100/2.8 lens;
Minolta Auto Press with 105/3.5 Anticomar lens;(copy of Makina II)
1917 Kodak Autographic 3a with Tessar lens and Kodak shutter;
Zeiss ikon Mqximar with Tessar lens;
Voigtlander bergheil 6.5x9 with 120/3.5 Heliar;
Leica III with red scale 50/3.5 Elmar;
About 20 Leitz reloadable cassettes;
35/2 Canon ltm lens;

And now I am awaiting Zeiss Contarex shipment from Adorama.

Most likely, I got several more items, that I don't remember, but this whole lot cost me under $1000 with a bunch of other gear traded, like black Nikon F, Linhof Technika III, Nikkor nonAI lenses, and such

i bought a copy of the 1947 edition "slightly out of focus" book of Capa. I have the book already in new edition, but this one is 1st edition and... it belonged to Imogen Cunningham, apparently 😀
doesnt have a dust jacket.
Seller accepted my offer that was much much lower than the BIN price he set. I must admit i was surprised by it.

Sounds pretty neat! First edition books are always fun, particularly when you have a later edition to compare against. 🙂
