What have you just BOUGHT?

My latest (and last, for a long while, I promised to myself) acquisitions, well apart from film rolls, of course:

Fuji GW690 (still in customs, booooh 🙁 )

Nikkor 2.5/105 K

Nikon F60 w/ Soligor 2.8-3.8/28-105 (bargain find)

Chinon 28-70 (PK, another bargain, still a silly buy :| )

Lomography La Sardina (delivery pending)

But I also have sold a lot and I am selling some more things ATM.

No name large format camera. $6USD / 50 SEK 🙂

After acquiring the F6 and a couple more lenses a few months ago, I found I was enjoying using my Nikon lenses a lot. A bit of soul searching and I decided to get a digital body and another lens to complement the F6:

Nikon D750 body
Nikon 50mm f/1.8G AF-S lens

Nice, Ron! I had one of the Balda Baldix folders too. Sweet camera. 🙂

Thank you Godfrey, indeed the Balda's are nicely made. This one has a coupled rangefinder and should shoot 12 pictures on a 120 roll - currently I use a Super Ikonta which shoots only 11 (if I'm lucky, sometimes the winding sucks a little, so I get even less). But I'm not sure the Baldanar is as sharp as the Tessar.

Mine had the Baltar f/2.9 lens, and no rangefinder. It was nice, although the lens does not perform as well as either the Tessar on the Zeiss Super Ikonta or the Color Skopar on the Voigtländer Perkeo II.

They're all fine performers, however. I kept the Perkeo II as its combination of size, weight, build and lens quality is very appealing. It's also got a somewhat fussy double-exposure interlock, but my tech guy just solved that problem for me just recently.

I recently came into a windfall of equipment from some trades of work. Keepers include:

Nikon 70-200 f2.8 VRII
17-35mm f2.8 (replaces my old one as this one is slightly better shape)
Nikon 20mm f2.8 af
24mm f2.8. On the fence. Not sure of it because of some scratches on the rear element.
180mm f2.8 af
Nikon F3
50mm f1.4 AI x2
85mm f2 AIS
two SB800's

Bunch of hoods for lenses

and on semi-permanent loan a 300mm f2.8 AFs II. I get to use it for the foreseeable future. All the gear definitely redefines my Nikon collection for work.
