What have you just BOUGHT?

M-Rokkor 90/4. The one that Minolta made after the Elmar-C. The one with improved performance (coatings) and a 40.5mm filter size. Right now, this is my favorite 90 for M. Sharper and with more micro-contrast than I expected. And pretty small and light too.

Now, I noticed raid got a QBM adapter....I wonder which Rollei lenses he's accumulated? I have a 50 planar that I just can't believe, but nothing to put it on. Well, I have the old Made in Germany Rolleiflex SL35, but the viewfinder is dark and its heavy and....

"I don't think Sigma's firmware is really capable of exploiting fast memory cards, e.g. UHS-II or even UHS-I, given the generally ponderous pace of the camera in all respects."

I'd have to remeasure it but as I recall I had a 3 or 4 second write difference between Lexar Professional 133x cards and Sandisk Extreme Pros.

" I just wish Adobe would support X3F in Lightroom."

Yes, that would be nice. BTW, if you do have a Mac another nice utility is:

http://www.corpus-callosum.com/software/

It lets the finder display X3F thumbnails and quickview to show you the embedded JPG. Makes managing your files a bit easier.

Enjoy the DP3M. I have a DP2M as well but prefer the 3M as it has less color cast compared to the DP2M.

Moskva-5 6x9 folding camera. My third one. Can't help it -- I love those gigantic 6x9 medium format negatives!

I've just committed a blasphemous act. I traded my Leica M9 for a Nikon Df.

Not blasphemous at all - both are nice cameras - one does some things better then the other … congrats!

Check out the Canon made full matte focussing screens available for Nikon bodies - I couldn't live with my Nikon DSLRs without these focussing screens.

Nice they indeed are...
Thank you for the suggestion about the focusing screen- I have at hand a split prism for a Canon 5d Mk2, will check if it fits
